Welcome to the user agreement of www.hearingmantra.com (An online store of Hearing Mantra Pvt. Ltd. Noida).This Agreement describes the terms on which you may access, and use our services. By accessing or using our website www.hearingmantra.com you (the “User”) signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, whether or not you are a registered user of www.hearingmantra.com. In the event of any inconsistency between the www.hearingmantra.com Privacy Policy and this Agreement, the Agreement shall override the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you may not use or access our website and services. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting the amended terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
1. Products and Images
All images of products are purely for illustration purposes only and do not form part of the description of the product. Hearing Mantra Private Limited cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product. Although unlikely, it is possible that the product information is not correct. In such cases, Hearing Mantra Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
2. Warranty of Products
The product warranty will be the same as that provided by the company whose product you have purchased. The warranty of the product is clearly mentioned in the specification section on the product detail page.
3. Hearing Aid Fitting
We provide free hearing aid fittings to our patients if they purchase hearing aids from our online portal (www.hearingmantra.com) or from our authorised centres all over India. Click here to check out the list of centres in India.
4. Hearing Testing
We provide free hearing testing at our centres or at the patient’s doorstep if patients can purchase hearing aids from our online platform (www.hearingmantra.com) or our authorised centres all over India. If there is no requirement for hearing aids after testing or they do not purchase hearing aids, they have to pay for them. If patients pay for hearing testing and purchase hearing aids within one month of testing, the cost of hearing testing will be reimbursed at the time of purchase.
5. Home Visit
Hearing Mantra provides home visit services for Hearing Testing and Hearing Aid Fitting to their patients at no cost if they require hearing aids and purchase them from us. If there is no requirement for hearing aids or you do not purchase hearing aids from us, then you have to pay home visit charges to us.
