What is the Hearing Mantra Return Policy?

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the case of Hearing Aids company box should not be open from your end. It must be in sealed condition.

We can accept returns of products and accessories if you return the product without opening the company box that you received from our side. 

However if the product which you receive is in a “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition we can rectify and send the same. You have proper videography of box opening. Without Video graphy of opening box, we will not return it.

How to Raise a Dispute for an Order

If you have a problem and would like to return an item, we will review the matter and honour the return within 5 days from the time of delivery.

If we find your reason for returning the items genuine, we will only then accept the returned items. We will confirm this via email. You have to send the item back to Hearing Mantra’s official address, which is mentioned below, at your expense.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7–10 working days depends on distance.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL and FedEx. In some cases where the pin code or zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post or other applicable agencies for those deliveries.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
